This blog is a record of a self-experiment in dieting. I'm one of those people who is "active" but "sendentary," which means that I sit in front of a computer and wear myself out without the aid of any physical exercise to make me more wearied.
The diet phase, which will be self-analytical in thrust, has begun after about a month of pigging out, to make losing the poundage more of a challenge. As the title indicates, my goal is 200 lbs. For your info, I'm 6' 2" and husky, so adding a husk factor would make 200 pounds come in as a little less than overweight.
